he is ok fella, just letting him stay for now, he has been a steady aggressive member of the comm lol... rocky is still keeping him in check and seems to be faster when they do come to blows, a few well placed rasping bites and he scampers of back to his cave!-) ive just done a re-scape and built him a larger rock cave in an attempt to make him more comfy and less aggressive. he is no worse than a jar imo, could give it a shot if its small evz, just be prepared to rehome it if need be, they grow pretty slow ime.

Glad its still going OK mate , the one in my LFS is still there my mate said I can have it for £35 he needs the tank space , but I'm not having any luck with my main tank ATM lost my ray yesterday :banghead:
, so I'm being really sensible and sticking with what ive got to grow out for now , plus my mates bass is. In my tank and he'll kill me if it gets chomped I'm already on pins because my jags flaring at him every ten mins

sounds like a plan then, gutted you lost your ray... i tempted sometimes but they can be so fragile and i think my stock even without the wyckii would damage one.
just this darned cloudy water doing my head in now, had an ongoing bacterial bloom problem and after a final waterchange today since setting up my drip system the tank looks like ive tipped 2l of full fat milk in it??? annoying to say the least....

My water went west and test kit let me down , suppose no tell tail signs from any other fish apart from the ray because there all pretty tuff , like you said rays are really sensitive 
I'll get another but not until I move now and get a proper fishroom
Glad your drip system is up and running I had a sneak peak yesterday while I was sorting out all the madness , im sure you'll figure it out soon enough and have clear water again does drive ya mad though when ya tank looks like a giant pint of milk :banghead:

IME cloudy water always accompanied the fact that my tank had seriously or completely "un-cycled".
When a new tank cycles, I often go through a cloudy stage too.

Hahaha that's what my jag and African folk tail cat do my jag grabs around his mouth and nose and they go at it spinning in a mad frenzy , I'll try get a video
