Will pvc cement work for it? It is very easy to spread that on the pvc.

I don't think the sand will stay stuck to the glue as PVC "glue" is more of a solvent meant to melt two pieces of PVC together. You can experiment with a scrap piece of PVC.

you mean under gravel not ground ;).... nice flow pattern though...no dead spots in that tank...

Thank you. Since I'm not using gravel that name doesn't really work either. ;) I guess I could have said undersand jet system but don't really care for that either. :)

i'd go for epoxying the sand onto the jets. i've never seen that done before but i bet it would look pretty cool and make the jets almost invisible.

Is there any certain type of epoxy I would need to use?

A quick drying one!

Completely awesome in every way. Dare I ask planned stocking?

Right now the stock list is probably going to be:

Amphilophus labiatus (F0)
Black Belt (F1)
Cryptoheros Cutteri (1 F0, 4 F1's)
Silver Dollars (5 so far)
Vieja bifasciatus (F1)
Archocentrus Centrachus (wild)
Hypsophrys nicaraguensis
Red Texas
Trimac (true trimac)

I'm hoping I will be able to add some other fish to the tank as well.

wow that must look cool to know that there are many jet flows in ur tank when it is all completed! So many FLows in aLl DIrrections! Fun Fun! I was thinking of doing something like this to one of my tanks with a Big PumpTubbing that goes underground, and around rocks! But urs is Very Cool! Pvp Will hold alot better!

CAnt wait to see ur final STage When the Flows are working =^____^=

I think plain 5 minute epoxy would be fine once cured(fully in 24 hrs.)
