So after the unveiling of the PS4 on Wednesday what's everybodies initial thoughts?I'm pretty stoked about the tech specs but I would like to see more before I decide if its a launch day buy.

Never buy during first months or so of release. l let them workout the bugs first.

Not that I'm planning on buying anyways since I just got a new ps3

Yeah I bought a ps3 a year after launch for that reason.

I'll prolly wait til the xmas season to buy mine, just to make sure I pay top dollar.

I'm excited to see what they do with it, but I never buy a new system when it first comes out.

hope its not 5000 bucks at launch and has free internet play. i abandoned my 360 cuz of that.

Only suckers buy day 1. I was kinda meh, it does have a few cool features but to be honest all I would need is a new $200-300 video card for my PC and I could easily out perform it.

Pff only noobs game on laptops. As far as the six axis goes, there have never really bean any legitimate uses for it. Best you could maybe say was Ninja Giaden 3's "funny" use for it. Regardless of that I have a bluetooth for my computer so if I wanted to I could use it. And the camera is not really gonna have any practical uses aside from kiddie games.

Also the PS4 isn't backwards compatable, but guess what my comp is. I can play PS1 and PS2 games on it and I bet I could find a PS3 emulator if I wanted to.
