I saw just saw a 30cm for 150£. No where near as nice looking as the picture you posted.
 
Yeah, I'm starting to wonder if they photo shopped that picture...ya know? The colors are a little more intense than they should be...who knows. Maybe there is a L-095 out there with those colors. Guess I'll just have to keep gettin them till I find one like that! Ha! They are such awesome plecos!! I WILL GET THEM TO BREED FOR ME!! Mark my words!!
 
mine eats wood, shrimp, peleets, algea wafers have not triesd veggies and grew to about 7-8" in 5 months not aggresive to my other plecos or bichirs but it didn't like a common that was in a tank with it other then that no aggression at all. have seen a 12-14" speciem with bright tail colors and little dots on the body which was overall brown in color, keepers said he was in a pond for the summer and blew up by 7-8"'s during that span, usually see 3-6" ones for about $40.:headbang2
 
Just found another one that is 16" that I am probably gonna pick up later!! :D AWWWW YEAH!! I didn't think they got bigger than 14" though, according to PC anyway...hmm....
 
PCs good but not gospel. So much of pleco information is reasonably recent, its not always updated. ;)

I would imagine 16" to be a nice size to start a breeding project, congrats on the find
