YO YO YOOOOO!!! They IS PERFECT!!! I LOVES THEM!! Magan LOVES them too, well, she will....lol. She has no choice, she HAS to love them cuz they are sooo freakin awesome and my fav. type of pleco!! So yeah!! OOOOO BABY!!!
Def. gonna get a breeding project goin on fo shore!!
Its all in the lightin..haha. Most of your tanks have darker substrate in them, so its harder to get good pictures. They still look freakin good though!! Love that last vertical picture!! The oranges are AWESOME!! If my pics are too dark I use a photo editor to make the pictures brighter. Just a thought...
lol, im glad you got 'em eventually peanut, you seem over the moon with them. They look nice. Some have loads of spots, others don't have so many, think yours has a nice amount. Some nice orange on them too. How big did they come in oddball? congrats anyway
Gonna put them in a tank with lighter substrate, hopefully it will lighten them up a tad...might make their colors better...never know. They dooooo look awesome on the black gravel...hmmm...
I'd be interested to see how the gravel affects them. Darker gravel may show the orange up darker, but lighter might make the base colour of the fish lighter, which might look better in the long run, I've noticed a lot of plecs tend to have better looking patterning on a lighter substrate.
Couldnt you take a look lol! I guess if peanut is going round later to pick them up, we'll see if hes taking pics
But the way they change on a black substrate to a really light one always interested me.
WOW!! They REALLY lightened up!! REALLY!! One of them is almost a cream color, the other one is more of a bronze...very kewl lookin!! I am gonna have to seperate them, as the tankz they are in now are NOT big enough to house both of them. They have been arguin all night about who is gonna get the better spot on the driftwood. Hope they settled their differences...but i doubt it.
I didn't get cut or nothing moving them either Phil!! SCORE! They didn't make their gruntin noises this time either...haha...so maybe you just ticked them off!! LOL!!
Lol. Well the descriptions are just top notch, but without pictures, mean nothing to me! Sounds like you'll need a bigger tank for the breeding project with these guys then peanut!
