this is completly insane..... he has had rocky for 10 years and before it was illegal they need to make him sign a paper saying he wont put it in the local water... and maybe check in and make sure he still has it.... or someone in MD needs to take it.... pfft i have a 120G empty......
i feel your pain chris this whole situation is crazy to me...especailly that a zoo wouldnt take him @ this point? did you try baltimore aquarium ..since there legal in maryland.....ha ha i live in MD he can come live @ my house anyday man.but there is no reason that you cant keep them and they cant just check in on him and make sure you havent released him.
