hey everyone im still here checking in and still amazed at the support on here,and see we now have a non supporter lol ,the weekend went great i did a presentation for quite a few people at the arkangels animal pet expo their were alot of supporters out and sold alot of t-shirts,i presented the check to maxman rescue for their effort in trying to save rocky ..im still working on gov patterson still cannot believe cannot get his attention ,if i havent told you all i did contact the dec and they told me they were still comming but this time on their own terms ,whatever that means and wouldnt give me any more info on that ..im still making calls to every lawyer i can,
 
thanks for the update... we love to hear from you since it is a comfort to know he is still alive and well.. and also glad to hear your weekend was successful ..and now i hope that lawyer is in your cards... soon.....
 
to all,once again i have called the gov office who still claim they have not herd about this story ,so once again i explained the situation ,i was told to call the regional gov rep here

i have called and emailed him says he'll take a look but couldnt promise anything..very hard to believ that no-one has the power over the dec expept 3-5k cost for a lawyer ..please help in bombarding dans office and passing the word maybe HE WILL GET THE PICTURE and contact the gov ..thanks

ok well got news from governors office today and they simply stated theres nothing they can do and that i have to deal with the dec on this .........i cannot believ that there is no goverment office willing to step up ,hard to believe the dec has such power over legislation as high as the gov office ,,but yet a lawyer for 3-5k swears they can win this case for me ....so i either give up ,try and find a pro bono lawyer which from those i called only work with non profit organizations,or raise the money ..if any one knows any lawyers that i can call that may help or be cheaper please let me know its my last and only focus right now
 
im so sorry to hear of your struggles, i really hope you find a suitable lawyer and you save him. we are all here for you.
