Chalk one up for the little guy. Sweet. glad to see it. once you get that permit you have to take pics with you rocky and the permit. and post them for us. and don't go away from this site just b/c this is over. You're more then welcome to stay.
I am so happy for you, your family and Rocky. You are so awesome to have stood your ground like this. You not only saved your fish, but you help set a precendce that can be reffered to by citizens and lawyers for years to come. I hope you realize that your victory was not just for Rocky, but also for animals all over the US. So, the cost is what it is. Truthfully, it could be worse. I'll be buying a shirt. I proud of you, and everyone who stuck with you through this. 
Great news!Ouch the $500 is steep but Im sure something can be done.Maybe sell $1 raffle tickets for free admission to one of the educational presentations you have to make.Hint:include a bacon sandwich,youll raise $500 easy on this site alone!
thats awesome man. glad you got to keep you fish. although i cant believe they want to charge you 500.00 a year for a permit. i guess they figure if there going to loose the battle there going to make you pay.
