I still have yet to understand the harm in letting you keep him but being bound to a contract or the like and have a chip put on Rocky. BUT, its our government using our money to do things that they say are a help but in reality harm us all.

I have been spamming my myspace like crazy with this trying to get the word out to as many people as possible. If anyone else has a myspace they should do the same! The bulletin space can really help spread the word!
