to all PLEASE keep a close eye on thread as we all expected the time has come yet once again and as we all thought the dec is back ,ii got into a 3 hr svreaming match with them yesterday.they are calling again to come ,they said that now that they are not so busy their focus is again on rocky ,bull they waited till media died down and now are back ,like i have always said the bottom line is BRING A WARRANT AND A BATTERING RAM ,told them to break my door down and arrest me if they have to to get in and take rocky ,they also told me that posession of illegal snakehead is not breaking the law its just a violation,and im not listed as a criminal because i didnt commit a crime ....ahhhhhhhh hmmmm yeah ok well i'll let you all analize that one lol.GAME ON STAY TUNED ITS ABOUT TO GET INTERESTING AGAIN !!!! anyone have bail money ready ???
I knew they would not let this go.. i knew they would be back... how sad... and how pitiful.... they have nothing better to do..
This is just maddening, and should be publicly shameful to whomever does the dirty deed. This is poor creature was purchased in legally, has been well cared for and housed properly, and yet its still a violation. The law behind this is severely flawed, and whomever carries it out is either willfully ignorant or spineless. Make sure you get the names of these people. Their names should be published with the pathetic story that goes along with it. The people who ordered this knowing he was bought legally, the people who wrote this law and didn't consider those who were legally housing and caring for their pets, and the people who actually had political power to call this into question and didn't should all have their names published with the fact that they are inept and/or useless in protecting and serving the American People. Your tax dollars at work people. You paid for this law to be written and put in place. You paid to have the DEC spend how many man hours on this? You pay the governors, the mayors, and all the other politcal figures a salary to have sat on their hands while a faulty law is put into place under their watch and they did nothing. This whole thing disgusts me and makes me question even more the integrity of our judicial system.
I'm so sorry they are back for Rocky. Maybe you could call your local press and tell them that DEC is back, and were only waiting for THEM (the press) to go away. Rocky was enough to get their story once, but you know how fast media attention wanes. Perhaps emphasizing the legal aspects of it, the lack of governmental attention to flawed laws, and the 'power of media to have put this on hold' will get them to come back in force. You have put so much into this. I'd hate for this to end without a media/DEC showdown first. What are your local news stations and papers? Maybe you could give out that info. A few letters all talking about the same problem might catch their ear.

i have a fear they will be back with search warrent etc.. can break door down.. and take rocky... i don't think i could stand waiting for this..
You and Rocky are in our prayers.......with our states debt and problems this is amazing...i am so disgusted... DEC Draining every cent...stay strong Chris
