I wouldn’t use any meds unless it shows signs they’re needed
as for dosage if the meds are puffers safe stick to recommended dosage on packaging
Only reason I would medicate is because I don’t know if it is wild caught or not. Just basic internal parasite treatment.
Most puffers gotta be treated at half dose. Based on what fat homer has suggested prior I believe.
With dwarf puffers i think most of them could be CB instead of WC due to the fact people have been quite successful breeding them...
If you are looking for peace of mind though, as other have mentioned dose half dose treatment and see how he does, if you notice any signs of troubled breathing etc then do a water change...
