I saw that I don't understand it at all. There was also some guy that threw a dog off of a huge bridge and filmed it and another guy who poured gasoline all over this cat and set it on fire. I can't stand people like this, I wish they could understand the pain they put those poor animals into

Whats sad is the person filming just watches. They are going to get her. Maybe do nothing to her. It hurts to see how much people don't care. That a good percent of the world walk with blinders on. They rather not know about any of it.
We are just to nice to people who abuse animals and humans. People who commit crimes have more rights then victims. There needs to be a better spay and neuter program. Maybe a large fine for not fixing your pet. Just so they realize its not thing to be put off.
Its a fact that people who abuse animals will later abuse people later. Maybe even kill. How would people like it if we just started to take justice into our own hands? Is it the answer.... Dunno... Somewhere people have lost fear on what would be the consequences are for their actions.

Spay and neuter program is a good idea I vote this girl and her friend are the first in line. That is if they survive the line of people that want to do things to them that well, I simply can't describe how bad it would be...
