it's an interesting question, and one that i can't answer. there are civilizations that were more in-tune with nature, and only killed out of necessity and did not let any part of the animal go to waste. and on the other hand, there were other early civiliazations that killed animals purely for entertainment.Bllib;4439869;4439869 said:Yes governments do go back quite a long way but they have not always existed.
