We are just to nice to people who abuse animals and humans. People who commit crimes have more rights then victims. There needs to be a better spay and neuter program. Maybe a large fine for not fixing your pet. Just so they realize its not thing to be put off.
Its a fact that people who abuse animals will later abuse people later. Maybe even kill. How would people like it if we just started to take justice into our own hands? Is it the answer.... Dunno... Somewhere people have lost fear on what would be the consequences are for their actions.

i agrea the person filiming is just as sick as the person throwing the poor puppies
and both should be charged the same
or suffer the same fate

I really want to tie a brick to her legs and push her in the deepest part of the river...

There is no excuse for the cruel activities and actions this woman has done,sadly I bet this isnt the first time shes done some cruel bs like this..... action must be taken.

Sucks, but luckily it shouldn't be too hard for a certain board to continue to find out more about her to get her turned in.

EDIT: Michael Bay's offering $50,000? Dang, I might have to fly out to Croatia and find her myself. Get the money and justice is served. What's really sad is that there are videos out there that are just as bad where the person was never caught.
 
She is soooo lucky I don't live close enough to drive my truck to her. Then to tie her and slam on the gas. Oh yeah.... I would gladly go to jail to freakin show her how it must have felt. Her mom needs to take off her belt and beat her.
