get rid of the arros, the rtc, the knife and the pbass and u should be fine

I'm building a bigger tank for the aro the clown knife and pbass why would I get rid of those and I'm going to get rid of the rtc most likely no matter what I don't have enough money or space to make a tank more than 400 gallons

Get rid of a knife they're known not to get along with other knife

I only have one knife which is the clown the black ghost isn't mine but I'm probably going to get rid of the clown he keeps nipping at my other fishes fins but here is my plan for both the 90 gallon tank and for the tank I'm going to build which is going to be at least 300, the 90 gallon will house 2 bichers and at least 5 African cichlids do you think I could get another bicher and/or more African cichlids than that? And the 300+ will have a silver aro 2 pbass and 2 motoro rays do you think I could throw in the oscars too if not ill get rid of them and do you think I could get a black aro as well for the 300+ I hope this makes sense sorry for getting defensive earlier just really like my fish and after thinking about it I am a little overstocked just want my fish to be happy

Don't know much about rays but they should be fine with the arowana as for the base I say don't do it San arowana in s 6 ft tank is crowded enough also for the black mixing with the silver they both need to be atleast 8inches to be in the same tank and even at that six there's a chance they wont mix well. Like I said 1 arowana I. A six ft tank is bad but 2 and that's a disaster. I suggest you review your blue print for the tank. If I were to build one in a limited space ill be doing around 8 ft x 2 ft but if space isn't a problem I would go 10x2.5

I'm planning on 8x3 30 inches tall so the rays have enough room also

I'm buying all the glass at the end of this month just have to clear out a spot in my basement and I'm going to start the build hopefully this works out

That glass will cost a fortune. Have you priced it out yet?

Now don't take this personally, but you are asking all these questions (which is a good thing!) and don't seem too "pro" when it comes to building tanks, you really want to risk a bad build and potentially have hundreds of gallons of water explode on you in the middle of the night?
a 5 galling bucket of water makes a mess, imagine what hundreds of gallons can do!!

Is your flooring structurally save for a couple of tones in weight?
