Purple wolf fish info

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
Hope mixing them will work out I heard golds(im just going to call the unidentified ones gold wolf fish) can be just as aggressive as regular wolves though but it could go either way though I hope it works out for you so good luck.

Just some input. I have a 5-6 inch red wolf with a sun spot cat, 4 bichirs (del, palmas polli, moke, teugelsi), 5 fil barbs, 6 pt Chalceus and 2 ropefish. Like the other guys mentioned can be kept together. Lots of trial and errors. Sorry to confuse you more captainS.

Blkpiranha good luck with your fish. Look forward to seeing your setup once settled in.

No problem kno4te out of all the bichir you are keeping with the wolf fish which ones get along with it the best im just curious to know and what are the errors you have made?

I did some research and I think my options for the bichir are either delhezi, weeksi, or endlicheri bichir I cant decide between them but im leaning towards either the endy or the del bichir.

I just did research on the weeksii bichir and the positive is they have a mild temperament but the negative is they have a large mouth capable of eating large prey could they eat a red/purple wolf fish, sun catfish, or 4 line pimelodus catfish I couldn't really find any info on what size prey they are capable of eating so if you do find info on it please don't diss me for it.

you can put most polys with wolves. the erythriniae you would worry about them getting eaten by LJ. as in for Uj wouldnt have to worry. Prob better if the wolf is smaller then the bichirs. I have a curupira with my my stock. no worries from the bichirs jacking him up. its the opposite him doing the damage.

Upper jaw, and lower jaw species of polys. Mainly size difference between the two sets of species. A lot of good info in poly sticky threads
