i don't know, but i have breeding con's out of no were. no egg's one day, next day eggs, next day little fry.

i say go to 84 degree's and feed some live mealworms and such to condition them into breeding mode...thats what my uncle does to get his flowerhorns to breed when he wants some babies...but he lets them about a month for each breeding session
