I think they are just regular reds, some happens to have a lower jaw like that, or could be an injury causing a jaw like that.

personally its not my cup of tea.

definetely don't all look like that but atleast it doesn't look fat and out of shape and distorted

That's an extreme underbitevbut I think it might be a wild caught red by looking at his tailfin. It may be from an injury or it may just be how that one looks. All piranha have an underbite though.
