Hope all works out for you man. Keep us posted.

I put the Delhezi and Guinean back in the tank this morning, so far so good. A little stressed from all the moving around but they look like they will be ok. Ive narrowed it down to the reason for the deaths of my sens and bowfin were most likely from A.The raw shrimp i was feeding them. B. The decor i added from the lfs. C. Some small rocks i had stored in my garage that were wrapped in a rag. or D. A piece of wood that was nailed to slate with a rusty nail that i didn't know was in there. Either way i messed up by not making sure those things were safe so i removed all of them and i am changing there diet. It sucks that i had to lose 3 fish to this but im pretty sure i fixed the problem.

I hope all works out for you man, best of luck.

50% is the biggest. I just wanted to completely clear out my tank because something was killing my fish and i wasn't sure if it was something in the water.

If you have actual disease in your tank, doing a water change isn't going to do much more than moving a sick person from one room to another would do.

About 90% sure it wasn't a disease. Most likely the food or something in the water like a chemical that came off of one of the things i listed. Both my Delhezi and Guinean are happy and eating now so im pretty sure the 100% wc and removing whatever it was helped but we will see.
