My business backs up to residential homes, and the one in the center is a complete nutjob. She has called the police on us over 50 times, the EPA to file a false report, wrote a letter to the paper about us, etc. Once you have a problem neighbor it really comes down to who has the least decency and most free time to make the other person's life miserable. I would just trim the bushes.
