I think we all have figured out that the mod. was wrong for deleting his post. They made a mistake and should aplogize for it.

If it was me, I would just put up another thread, and see what happens....... If they can't provide proof, keep putting up another thread.

If you really want to have some fun. Buy (2) so called "illegal" wolf fish, and send the mod. one. ( you would prob. get banned instantly). lol

Acea, you are suggesting things the WRONG way and something that will NOT resolve matters at all.

Some people don't know how to act rather diplomatic when an issue arises. So you feel the need to throw insults on anyone especially the mods? Unless you know what exactly the fault is between you and the staff, to spite the mods by accusing us of "elitism", "selective moderating" without proving the truth, is a dire accusation already.

Mods are here to enforce the rules when we can but that doesn't mean we can do the job perfectly well without committing mistakes. Yes, we can commit mistakes. Mods are only humans. If you have an issue or misunderstanding with us, PM any of the mods and we will find a way to resolve issues. Thanks.

I agree. posting thread up and up again is not a good way to solve it. The only reason i accused of "selective moderating" is because I the the infraction and I copied and paste the thread to him and this was the response i got "Nothing like taking your own mistakes like an adult. However, the matter will be dealt with." I respect this mod he's very smart but nothing happened to that thread so I just sucked it up and moved on. I still got that infraction......

i feel you wright4lfe. its pretty frustrating when mods delete your post when you have no idea why. im surprise mods didnt lock this thread yet.mods let all this BS derailing go but when we post, our post gets deleted right away haha. when a mod deletes or edits a post they should include their name and message the OP what he/she did wrong.

and as for "TheCanuck". you need to stfu. all you do is get into peoples thread and call them stupid and start crap. if you dont like what you read learn how to just avoid it and shut up.

No, I have not been avoiding this thread. I just found out about it since you chose to air your beef in open forum instead of PMing the staff.

A vendor with a license to sell Hoplias mal. is allowed to sell them to states where they're legal. Not to hobbyists in states where they're illegal to own.

The price listed was obviously for a H. malabaricus. NOONE has a true black aimara for $100. THAT'S why the solicitation post was deleted.

i'm a bit surprised not one of the mods on this forum has been able to simply post the link showing me that xingu black wolfs are illegal in CA. thats all im asking at this point.

This brazilian wolf is still considered H. malabaricus until it's formally given a species name. H. mal is on the restricted species lists I posted in the buy/sell forum years ago.
