YOU HAVE to have pictures of this!? please post them up

I started with a 75g that my family bought from a moving neighbor. That was when I was around 9. A couple years later I moved to a new house and built a 2600g pond. After the pond I bought a 55g with several turtles. I then got around 6 10g tanks in order to raise fry and then got a 240g last year. I have had 3 other 55g tanks that I don't remember when I got them but I sold them all. My next tank is going to either be another pond around 1000g or maybe a 450-750g tank? My dream tank will probably be a 20,000g+ pond that will be in my house and I'll have a small row boat and island in the center where I can sleep at night and listen to arapima's jumping. I can't have any BIG new tanks right now since my parents don't want me to put anymore money into the hobby so I have to sell fish in order to get new ones and new tanks/equipment. Their reason for this is because we have the highest electric and water bill than anyone we know :D

Fish are as addicting as heroin.

My addiction started with a 10g when I was about 14. I never had anything larger than a 30g tank up until 2 years ago when I bought a 150. Now I'm 47 :WHOA: The reason I didn't go for a larger tank before I got old is because I spent most of my life living in small apartments in NYC and Boston MA. Now that I own a house, I can go crazy but plan on going for several smaller tanks instead of fewer big tanks. That way I can keep more types of fish. For me, the addiction is still fierce even without owning monsters. One reason why I exist on this site is to marvel at the keepers of huge fish that I'll likely never have. MFK is an addiction only second to keeping live fish and buying more tanks.

I started with a 29 then, 20l, 55, 40b, 30, 75, 125 with numerous 10 along the way

I started with bowl when I was young (about 8 I think). When I was about 12 or so I moved up to a 10 gallon. Later on when I first went to university and moved out into my first apartment I got a 33. Now that I'm in a house I bought a 120 to go with my 33. Currently I am keeping the 33 and the 120 up together. I no longer have the 10. When I move into my new house (this coming summer) I am thinking of getting a 3rd tank, something in the 200 - 400 range.
