WHAT DITHERS SHOULD I PUT IN THERE WITH IT. ITS A 55 NO DECOR JUST GRAVEL

You can try danios. My festae never ate other fish, no matter how small they were. I don't know about yours though. But danios should be fast enough to get away. Add a piece of decor in there to make her feel secure. Convicts would also be good dithers.

I would get some pots or something in there for her to hide in. The fish will feel insecure without any cover. All of my festae were/are very skiddish until they put on some real size. I've always had the best luck getting them to eat by offering frozen krill. I thaw it, and chop it a little. I've found festae to be very shy until they get to be around 6 or 7 inches. I've also found it better to keep them in groups as juvies.

Decor, decor, decor! They are not at all suited to a bare tank. A nice chunk of driftwood to hide behind, or a larger flowerpot will do the trick.
Mine have always felt somewhat threatened by passersby and will always duck for cover. Others i've spoken to have said pretty much the same, so get used to it.
Try adding some dithers, it can only help the situation, but be prepared to loose the odd one or two. I use Giant danios.

Well, went out got some driftwood, few fake but nice looking plants and some zebra danios. It worked out very well, festae is out and about, seems more happy and its eating now. First thing i seen it eat was some danios!!!
  . Now it eats bloodworms and freezed dried krill.:headbang2 :headbang2
