Hi, I hope these are not boring questions to ask, but I just wanna get some clarity before I buy a BD ray in the future. Sure I've seen lots of BDs in the media lounge, but yet again I've never seen them with my own eyes here, since they are not many around in my area.
Firstable, what is the standard of BD should look like? ie the spots, eyes, tails?
are there any BD variants which look less like a BD but still considered a pure BD? not hybrid
pls post some pics of BD variants if you've seen any,
cheers

It's great that you are asking questions so you can make the right purchase for you. Another thing you can do is use the search function. As these questions have been answered. Plus researching them will provide future answers.

My opinion when ray shopping though is if you like it buy it. It's in your tank and you will be the one watching and enjoying it. Who cares what the others say. Be happy with your purchase. Don't pay more than you think the ray is worth. Pay what it's worth to you.

As I said before. A simple search will provide the threads and explanations your looking for. There has been plenty of threads on this topic

Seriously dude, I've been a member in this forum for a while, surely I know what is the search bottom and where its located in this website. I dont want this to sound rude, but if you dont wanna contribute and be helpful to this thread then just simply ignore this. There will always be member of this forum, and even newly hobbyst pooping up with similar questions in the future, and there is nothing you can do to stop it!

The whole point of me posting this thread is because it seems that the nowadays standard of pure BD ray has gone up, that people deserve what they'll pay for. I know that both leo and BD are within the same P13 species, as most will say that a BD is a high quality Leo. I do know what a leo or BD look like, but what I would like to know for sure is whether or not there are BD variants out there which look less like a BD but still is considered a pure BD! as simple as that! But then again, answer can only be explained by so many words. Yet it would be better to see some pics to see these clarity. So hopefully, some expert will jump in for the contributions..

A simple search would have yielded the only definitive answer to your question. A BD is a Leopoldi collected from the sao felix

:)

I dont think you understand the question! read it slowly!

Oh im sorry garniac...
The reason I said what I said nicely is because im on my phone and did not see your post count. So I was offering the best advice on the forum and willing to help. As I thought you were new.

Now If I would have seen that first I would not have been so nice about it. As this is something you should already know...

Your last three threads on here could have all been on one thread instead of spreading the same stuff out 3 times.

This impedes trying to use the search function as now they have to look through even more junk before they get to the good threads that have all the good information.

This question has been asked way too many times in the past and they all end in the same arguments and I believe the people are tired of answering this question.

If you really want to know about bd's and make the educated decision then do your research and educate yourself.... Don't rely on everyone to do your work for you.

you mean relying on people like you? no I dont !! which is why I said 'ignore my thread!' it's not too hard to understand.
I dont care what people will said when they see similar thread or not pooping up millions times in the forum, which I am sure there have been.. But if you read the question I was asking above carefully then I am sure you'll digest it differently. Now that you've typed your comments already, then I suppose I dont hv to expect any useful answer from you!! right! Besides, who do u think you're telling people what to do?? you dont have to be nice to me, I dont care!
