Drain I was thinking just running a 3/8" to 1/2" from a pump hooked up to the float inside the sump I will just drill a hole thru my wall and run it outside to the gutter drain. As for the supply end, I will come up from the basement and get a 3/8" copper line to under the tank and then from there run some sort of solenoid and flow meter/regulator

So.... do you have a basement or not? I'm confused.

No need for a flow meter, just get a drip emitter.

Where the tank is there is no basement so I will have to do some fancy plumbing work to pipe to tank. Its not a far run just a few elbow and I'm there

How large is your accumulator tank? I have a well also and if I lose power, i call it quits on water. One or 2 toilet flushes, a hand washing - it's over. Will your exchange rate (or lack of) really extend your water available water supply? Just curious, you could save a few bucks on the solenoid and the time running the wiring.

What do you mean by accumulator tank? the pressure tank? I think thats about 50g I think with a precharge of roughly 30psi. As far as sump goes for filtration, It is a 180g sump

OK....I'm back with you. All you need to do is get the spigot installed, add a pressure regulator, solenoid valve, a 1/4" adapter, some 1/4" line and one drip emitter and you'll be in business. The valve will probably be the most expensive part.

That is basically what I am running. Actually, I don't think it will run if the power is off, so it might just work for you.

Check this out.

I think I'm gonna try it. I just need to find one that is not battery operated. Seem like a simple setup that will work effectively. Now the water is going to be drained from the sump, so I'm thinking to run the fresh water up into the tank instead of into the sump that way I get a better mix

The one I have uses batteries for the memory, but operates the solenoids from a wall jack. Works great and it was only $20 or so.
