where i live to get you research liscence ....you have to filll out a form and have the inspector see your tank or pond and give you the go ahead based on his or hers knowledge of the fish and set up provided for the fish
ill probably wait till next season when i have my own pond built... i wouldnt even have been able to have them in a friends pond wihout him also having the liscense
