Rapps Trimac update.

Ok just emailed him! Let me just say anything is possible, but I had twenty and I had females and males, females had all tell tale signs of a trimac, there were some males with three spots and some with none. Some males were more faded with a spot. I just found that two of the 20 had that flower line and had more red in the fins with the metallic blue around the spots. He changes his look all the time some times his fins are not red, rember he is only 3.5 to 4 inch, my buddies is 4.5 and he is starting to change his body color to a more yellow base.

So unless jeff sliped in two fh Im really thinking theae are pure trimacs, thats what he is know for but anything can happen, we will see.

I see no fh in ur pics. This is what the fh has done to a pure blood fish. Everytime a trimac comes up it gets questioned by those who know nothing

Not trying to say that the trimac is pure or not, but that's the first time i've seen a trimac with double row flowerline. Very rare to see. I also know that rapps is a very reputable guy but not all his fish are from his facility.

If you knew they were Trimacs, you wouldnt need to bother on your seller. What's he supposed to say? Do they have pedigree papers for the fish?

Anyways.. Nice Trimac. Pretty solid. Love the bold head flowers. Looks like same line as Lowcel's Trimac that passed. I believe some variants have double rows. The tear mark is a strong Trimac trait. I think yellow/dark depend on the water they are in or breeding mood.. I like my fish yellow.
