Rate my Ghetto Tanks

Some guy just made a post hating on my set ups. Am i really doing that bad?
All the tanks have filters and air stones.

Note: I have a area set up with dirt for the red ear, i put her in there for a few days every other week to make sure she is not holding eggs.

In the pictures it looks like you have some pretty nasty water, but that might just be the lighting or the gravel. If you have proper filtration and such, I could care less if the tank is a rubbermaid tub or a brand new acrylic masterpiece.

1-10 I rate it -1 for pictures of nothing but a turtle in filthy water.

Water color is from age old kelp. Its a very light nutrient for the plants that filter my water = )

The white stuff in the lower picture is chunks of shrimp i think, It gets filtered out when i run the filter.

Yeah he was a wild turtle too, he loves me now. He is a lap turtle.
