If the wheels are all in motion, best bet is make sure your ammonia/nitrIte test kits are decently recent (they expire) and be ready for water changes.
 
Stability is suppose to have good amounts of beneficial bacteria to help w/ the nitrogen cycle.

You still need to keep an eye on the water parameters. If I were you, I would use stability and do water changes ever 2 days @ 35%.

for how long? like when would you reccomend im able to go back to regular weekly water changes with no chems besides de-chlorinator?
 
Give it two weeks, maybe three to be safe - especially if you don't have an ammonia, nitrate, and nitrite test kit.
