Okay I'm trying to understand this procedure. This is not like a poll where you have to check a box to make a vote?

Someone has to read the posts and interpret them to figure out how people voted?

Totally ridiculous. This should be an easy procedure where the computer counts the votes and humans just make them.

IMO, discussion should be in public but voting should be in secret.

I have to go back and read my previous posts now to see if I said anything that construed a vote.

I expected there to be a discussion and then we just check a box somewhere, but this procedure is the world's biggest rabbit hole. And now I've made it even deeper.
