Finally, Good for you can I ask how thick is your glass and what did it cost you? Looking Great can't wait to see it filled with water!!

TY Critters, Glass is 1/2" StarPhire. Dimensions are 96"x28.5" Cost me $340.00. I don't know if that's a decent price but it was "cheap" compared to most of the quotes I got for the same piece of glass in my area.

Great work. Looks great, and I think it is a good size. Wish I had gone a little larger with mine.

ty john...

How long do I need to leave the clamps/supports on there? I have some other work to do on the tank still and that's definitley hindering the process.

I would say just 24-48 hours make sure that it had fully set and cured. It is looking really nice. I do not think the price is bad for the glass so far the cheapest price I have found is over 500.00 for a similar sized piece.

it's been almost 3 full days now. The glass company confessed that they sold me the glass at cost by accident. I had already made a down payment and they had already ordered before they realized.

Score! Yea, 24 hours is how long I let mine sit.

Life keeps happening and holding me up. I need to get a second coat on the overflows and then silicone all the seams in the tank. still waiting on the 2nd batch of Pond Armor to show up so I can seal the sump. I'm hoping to start filling before the weekend.
