I think MAYBE it could be mutated people, not zombies tho,anything can happen,if ghosts and aliens could be real, then why not people mutated who were face to face with high counts of radiation????

As for mutation - it was 4 years between the "fallout" and this video, apparently, so that would give people a chance to ... become mutated/deformed.

It does happen under amounts of extreme disease or pollution...

Yup and high ammounts of gamma rays will give you super human strength and turn your skin green every time you get mad.

it could be real...

none of the shots where pointed directly at any of them, plus it seems that he could not see them (its dark outside) and whos to say they didnt have 10" razor blades on them to sever the limbs off???

besides, turn an arm 3 times around and it'll pop off, the skin will stretch and tear with it...same as a head, only the skin rips about 2 1/2 turns...not pretty.
