Your tank is 100% going through another cycle, When you removed your old filter you took all the beneficial bacteria out. I see this problem all the time on here. People don't often realize how easy it is to throw your tank into another cycle

If you are still feeding your fish like that, stop. Your fish are large and can survive drastic food reductions. Cut feeding way down until the readings look good, then gradually increase feeding while re-testing. It sounds like you lost a lot of BB in this process, so that is the main issue, not food.
Happened to me when i started keeping fish a few years ago. Except mine was more worse then yours seems to be, my tank actually had a full blown bacterial bloom. The tank looked like someone poured milk into it. Just keep up on the water changes, add some oxygen if you have a bubbler or air pump, hold feeding a bit until it starts to stabilize. If you have friends or anyone you know that keeps fish, ask them for a bit of gunk from their filter. Just take a cup and squeeze a filter sponge into it and then pour that into your new filter.
I always add used sponge or filter pads to my new filters just to help with the cycle.
Do your best and fast. At 35°C there now during noon with something CLOSE to a heat wave, the effects of ammonia will be detrimental to the survival of your fish. If anything at all, change your water at night.
