Two locals on the amazon died from blood loss after having their balls chomped on, fish can bite anything that they want, whos to say they did or didn't, point being they do eat actual food nuts in the wild, so the locals whom are brown maybe had their junk mistaken by a hungry pacu, the world is bigger then your house and computer...... For one that episode of River Monsters was in Papua New Guinea,not the Amazon,and two there was no documented case of people dying from the pacu's bite.The man Jeremy had heard about dying from blood loss was featured in the episode and was still alive.These stories pick up steam and spiral out of control.
