+1 uros are really cool lizards, there was one at this natural science center i interned at and she never minded being held by all the kids that came through, she was super chill

I'm going to do a bit of research on the uros. Heck I wouldn't mind dealing with meal worms. Just don't want the crickets getting out.

U cld feed dubia roaches they r clean cant climb glass and dont make noise

You could get a mud or musk turtle. Possibly even 2 in a 30 gallon. Just don't get anything larger for a 30. You can feed live, but it isn't a necessity (just get some reptomin or whatever) and you can feed fish instead of insects.

red eyed croc skinks! I have never had them but I think they will eat minnows and mealworms and are super cool looking

i think the uro thing is a good idea... i think water dragons eat veggies n fruits too? and i don't think they get much bigger then a foot and a half... i think. i'd suggest an iguana but that tank won't be big enough in a year or under..

I like the uro idea too, probly gunna be my next purchase... my friend just got one and the thing is pretty cool, relatively active, does have a weird/cute thing goin for it too

Wow the red eye croc skink Is the coolest looking lizard I ever seen. I would love one but finding one is going to be a chore. I was also thinking of doing a half land half water set up. Still looking and researching!

Croc skinks are cool BUT only if you find long term ones or better cb ones, they are prone to never adapting or aparently doing well and then dying, and they need alot of reserch and planing on their needs.
