Red at base of fins.

Unfortunately I do not believe any of the medications I tried had the desired effect. The fish that were the most afflicted eventually died. A few that had minor redness eventually recovered but I question if it was anything I did or if their immune systems finally caught up with the disease.

Hi The Morning, any update on your fish, I am having the same issue. But its most of my fish that have red side fins and now some with red around the mouth.

Have given them kanoplex and metroplex, along with other medications with no good result.

Unfortunately no. My tank is fine now but I did lose several fish. I do not think any of the medications had any real effect on the issue.
