would a pair be ok in a 58 gallon with 5 gymno quillero or will there be to much aggresion or crowding

They would be fine, I would put twice that many fish in a tank that szie. Ken

All are possible, JD there are 6 species of Crenicichla in the Rio Cuareim:
Minuano, missioneria, celidochilus, lepidota, vittata and scotti.

I had the hardest time deciding between Gymnogeophagus labiatus "Blue Yerbalito" and Gymnogeophagus n. sp. "Catalan Grande" still not sure but that sure is a nice list youre looking at.
