I was thinking only thinking about it so don't jump all over me. If I got a red devil or midas much smaller then my EBJD's do you think I could house them together??? remember it is just a question

how big is the EBJD and the red devil?

I really doubt it, but crazier things have been known to happen. But, I wouldn't be willing to risk the life of an expensive fish. Now if you were to ask if the EBJD and a molly could be kept together I'd recommend trying it.

midas are pretty aggressive compared to ebjd's (which are even softer than regular jd's), you can try it it might work particularly if they are both still young, but be prepared to have to get rid of one of them. Depends on the fish at the end of the day, a midas didnt work with my setup, but a dovii did:screwy:?? i'd say give it a go

If I get a red devil it will be about an inch. My smallest ebjd is 2in I believe. again I was only thinking if it would work I would love to try it but dont think it would turn out to good.

Sounds good what makes me wonder is that I had a fire mouth in there one time and one of my EBJD's is missing an eye now.

At that size they're still really fragile, maybe you could grow your ebjd before adding a midas so it toughens up a bit and maybe it will still have its one remaining eye

I have a few and that one just got pick on I guess but I will wait I guess to try it

it won't work i had a EBJD with a texas cichild and the texas was the boss. EBJD grow slower and are not as mean.
