Red devil/ convict crossbreed

i have a red devil and convict went away for a week came back to find that they are now proud parents of some weird offspring about (30 - 40 babies) had some aussie fish (archer, bass, sleepy cod) bass got bashed & died moved all the otherr aussie's out, asked the pet store on the phone what to do about the babies they told me to let the parrents eat them,..... .. . totally missed the point so i hung up wot should i do, do i have to remove either of the parents? not sure which is male/female likely the convict maybe male? want these hybrid to survive can anyone help guide in the raising process?!!!? would like some super evil fish!!!! lol

Mum and dad won't eat the babies. they might the first few spawns (as all american cichlids do) but the next spawns, after should raise the babies with them.
 
shoot i want 2 of the fry just to have. AWESOME.

Take Pictures.

Also find out which fish is male and female.

i'm about to try that.
