The Fry My Be Of the Parrot Hybrid type.....I Would Love To See How they Look when They Get bigger! Once had a Red Devil breed With A Grn Severum, The Fry Came out With Out Tails! Cool Looking When They Grew Up tho Got to 8".

south americans CAN NOT cross breed with centeral americans, it has been proven impossible it cannot be done, severums cannot cross breed with a red devil! it wwas probably a cross with a veija unless there was nothing else in the tank?

Someone actually had a RD breed with a Tex x Convict on Cichlid Madness a few years ago. Some of the offspring were basically SRTs. They were awsome.

NOTE this is not a joke. The offspring that I mention were real.

I want pics.

I have Texacon in the same tank as one of my RD's.
I don't think he'd even consider spawning with any of these fish.
They're much smaller than him & I'm not even sure if Texacon females are even fertile.
I've seen egg tubes drop on my alpha female but never any eggs.
