could possibly be. i want to see his progress soon, evan. but im still sticking to midas though just not sure. looking forward to what it will look like a few weeks from now. keep us updated.
Many lfs fish sold as either rd or midas are really midevils (Midas x Red devil). This would account for some seeing midas and some seeing rd. It may still be that it is too young and as time goes by and it grows it will reveal itself what it is or will look like. So keep us updated often.
Well out of my barred pair the largest guessed male had a little chip of orange in his pectoral fin on the night of the 18th and three days later it is about a third of the way faded. Cool how fast but sucks because i wanted the barred form. Here are pics of the hoped for female still fully barred.
