1 Year on ole Ralph. I would say he is probably between 9”-10” if I had to guess. Tried him on some new food there for a minute and he went on a hunger strike for a week. I had to give in and go back to the other food. Sooo I would say it has been established that he is a very picky eater. Fortunately, the food he will eat is a pretty solid food IMO (Southern Delight Power Feed).
1 year, 1 month update. Doing well still. All he would accept food wise has been Southern Delight Power Feed. Recently though, I discovered he likes NLS AlgaeMax mini wafers. Added that in the mix with the Southern Delight. Pretty happy about it, seems like it is a pretty solid source of veggies.
I think it helps that he pretty much has it to himself. No competition other than a Senegal Bichir, BN pleco, and giant danio.
He’s such a healthy chunk of a devil. Great work I appreciate the updates!
