Red Devil really getting on my nerves!!!

Hey thx for all the advice guys. I just wanted to let you know that my fish is doing much better and is slowly learning to take from the surface....sometimes even taking the pellets very gently without splashing water! He is putting away nearly 20 pellets a day now on average (I hope that's not too much) and is a true bastard that shows no fear when I do my weekly water changes. He actually will jump out of the water trying to bite me whenever I invade his territory. Putting the net in first, and taking out the skull and the Pirahna ornaments are the only things that calm him down! :screwy: :D

I'll be sure to post some pics in a few more months, hopefully around the 8 inch mark!

Just gonna say don't get rid of the fish. I've had fish that were total sissies for almost a year and drasitcally came out of their shells.
He doesn't look starving at all.
I've gone through starving periods to train my fish to take the food I wanted him to eat that lasted over a week...Sometimes longer.(after 3 days or so I would try to feed...if he didn't take it within an hour, I'd take the food out and wait another couple days till I fed again.) Ususally by round two, they'll take anything they can get. This is the way I did things with food issues until I discovered GARLIC EXTRACT. What an invension for fish...

I'm not familiar with treating fish for parasites so anybody can teach me and it would be much appreciated.

Glad to hear everything is going better but hang in there. The fish I had that took the longest to come along were some of the baddest fish I've ever seen
