but then I 
gorgeous red devil... i love the deep red coloration. my 10 incher keeps this washed out red look i dont know if its becasue of the gravel coloration in the tank or not but i wish he looked this good...
Do you know what generation he his? Has his coloring always been that great or did it change through the pealing? Just love his colors. I am sure down the road once I get my 75 clear I will definitely give either a labiatus or cintrinellus a try. Do you prefer one over the next from your experience?
I don't know his F#. When I bought him he was a pale yellow, he started turning black then bright orange at about 3" and has been that color ever since. As far as my personel preferance I like the Barred Midas the best, I just like the look. I think as far as aggresion goes the Devils are probebly more agressive generally speaking. His color has alway been very intense just like his personality. Either Lab. or Cit. is a great fish to own as with any of the Midas complex species IMO they never disapoint.
OHH is he the one the LFS accesently sold? Where did u find him? What was his vacation tank like ?
