Red Devil With Black Spots

I have a 2" Red Devil Cichlid with a black spot on it's upper lip, and 2 others on it's tale and fin. I've searched but only come up with Black Spot Disease, and Black Ich, both of which Red Devils shouldn't contract. My parameters are as follows PH:6.6, Ammonia:.50, Nitrite 0, Nitrate:10. I had a spike to 1ppm in ammonia 3 days ago(added 2 Blood Parrots to 55g tank), and have been doing water changes and adding prime to bring it down. It fist got a small spot on it's lip 6 days ago, and has since grown to about 1cm, and has small spots on the tail and fin. It's eating and swimming like a champ, and I don't see anything else wrong. Tried to get a pic, but it wont stay still for me to take it with my crappy camera. I'll try to borrow a friends camera to get a good shot when possible. Any feedback would be appreciated.

my red devil has had a small black spot on his finfor as long as i can remember its about the size of a piece a salt. i dont see anything wrong with that as long as hes eating and swimming
 
how long have you been seeing these spots?

is it wild caught?
Not sure, but doubt it since I got it from petland.
how many spots are there?
3, 1 on lip, 1 on tail, and 1 on left fin. 1 on lip is the biggest.
 
I'm not too worried since it seems healthy, it's just I can't find anything about black spots on a freshwater fish other than BP's.
 
Oh I forgot to add that I added an internal uv sterilizer 3 days before the black spots appeared, and the Red Devil was hanging around it alot the first couple days. Could that be the cause?
