Red Devil With Black Spots

Dark spots and blotches on a RD/Midas are normal. Here's a color transition of one of my A. citrinellus.

finally, solid orange

then got some black spots back

then went solid orange again

Another that went from barred to blotchy to orange then blotchy then orange, sibling of the one above:

and I have 4 more F1 orange/red A. citrinellus going through their various stages of color changes right now. It's completely normal.

Yeah definately just color. It now has black all over, and looks somewhat like the yellow rd above. you learn something new everyday. Thanks everyone. Will post pic soon if anyone still wants to see it.
