very nice.. she looks so young to be having young... how are the eggs doing... they make a beautiful couple..

Thanks Liz, So far so good, I can't get too close to that side of the tank. Evertime I get close she gets inside the pot & he tries to kill me. For now I put a thin sheet over the tank so they wont stress out.

I guess she was still a little too young or he just couldn't fit into the pot to fertilize them. All the eggs are dead. I removed the blue pot and put in a bigger pot so they can try again. I hate moving around the tank though, he always thinks he needs to reestablish the dominate roll and beats the crap out of her. I tried not to make do many disturbances. We'll see how it goes. 
Loving this thread, made me miss my old devil so much I went out and got 3 juvies, currently growing them out in my 37 at the office. Eventually they'll go into the 150 which is also at the office or a 240 im planning on getting for home,
heres Bubbles my old petco devil, not much of a head but he was nice and round,
Heres when I first purchased him
He grew up in a 46 bowfront, got to about 8" the first year and I felt terrible for not being able to give him a larger home, I was only 17, So I gave him to a friend who had a 72 Bow, after about 6 months he mysteriously died. I loved this guy very much and would give anything to have him back. My favorite pet by far...
Very owner responsive but also very territorial, he consider everything 2 foot past his tank "his"
Water changes were tough, but fun.....for him!
I'll upload some shots of the juvies in their tank at work tmr!

Thanks Liz, I havent seen a devil with as virant an orange as his in person since him...I hope I get as lucky with these 3, Im only planning on keeping the best one of the bunchRed Devil;2360669; said:
