mine eats large omega 3 cichlids floating pellets. It comes in a purple container. I bet the wolf would eat any kind of pellets TBH. just pellets. First shrimp, then pellets.
I would never risk it. The cray fish would be too much to fish. It can cause quite a bit of intensive damage to ur wolf. Ready for missing eyes?
Also what's a good feeding schedule for this fish,I've noticed he hasn't eaten the shrimp I gave him this morning? Does he only eat at night?and should I leave the light off or turn it on so he gets used to the light being on?

yes, wolf fish are IMO noctural fish. They are most active at night. I would turn off thelights when feed it for the first few weeks. Feed ur wolf once every night. 2 to 3 medium chunks.
Try some ghost shrimp when the lights go out. If that doesnt work. Start quarentining some feeders

I don't know why you're having so much problems. I drop in shrimp pellets it drops on his head and he eats it. I drop in blood worms and he eats it. Everything I throw in there my red fin eats it.
