Having trouble posting pics? lol I've got Silver Dollars with red "hooks" under them but they're not the actual Red Hook Silver Dollars (thanks to Echo's ID). Their 'hook' underneath isn't deep red or pronounced. I could snap a picture if you want but not sure if it'd help or not. Your spotted one is probably one of the regular Silver Dollars, they come in a spotted variety also.
Your "red hook" SD does have a lot bigger hook than mine do.
