cant u read properly or are u just plain dumb? i said i was going to buy a 50g for them i wont put tankmates on the 15g! :swear:

I can read perfectly, in fact I excel in language. I am pretty ****ing far from dumb too. I was talking about your 50 gallon you donut. It's too small for 1 pacu, let alone 4.

hehe....:D

Really though, 50 gallons is way too small for pacus. Best use it as a grow out tank.

My guess is that your pacus would outgrow that tank in less than a year.

I tried to tell you bro on the P thread but you didn't seem to have read my response to your question. Pacus need a large tank. They won't all fit in a 50 gallons 6 months from now. One full grown pacu won't even fit in the 50 gallons.

This how big they get if you don't believe us.

google before you speak. a pacu would fit in a 50 gallon tank for sure...........if you put it threw a meat grinder. ignorance.

unfortunately, true that! 50 gallons is just a tad too little for 4 pacus. I say, buy an empty lot, and make it a "palaisdaan", a.k.a. fish farm. then you could get rich, and share some money to me! OR...put them on the grill and rocksalt, and squeeze some lemon, and San Miguel BEER !!! or 'bilog" or, quattro kantos.. :lol2:

If you are planning on putting 4 pacus in a 50 gal tank you are most definitely asking for trouble. If the tank lasts long enough for you to upgrade that is. Pacus are very powerful swimmers and can also be quite skittish those two qualities together mean disaster as in gallons of water on your floor and dead pacus in whats left of your tank.:WHOA:

how about a 75?

your kidding.......please tell me you are..........you need a POND at least 1000 gal for 5!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

how about a 75?
Pacus are best left to people with extremely large tanks 1500 gal or more for 1 and/or public aquariums. They grow far too large for the average home aquarium (45-100gal). Since you have 4 of them find a home for them NOW!! You will be better off and so will your fish.

However if you insist on keeping them I SAY :banhim: !!!!!
